Fleece

Fleece is a knit fabric where the surface has been mechanically brushed to raise a soft nap. It traps air for warmth while remaining lighter than woven alternatives. For baby garments, cotton-rich fleece is preferred for its softness and breathability. Available as single-sided or double-sided brush, depending on the garment requirement.

Partner Mill Coordination Process

Varahi Enterprises coordinates the knitting or weaving of Fleece through dedicated mills located in the Salem and Erode textile corridors. Before bulk lot production, we submit lap dips for shade approval and knit down trial swatches to verify hand feel, shrink performance, and weight tolerance against your babywear requirements.
